Hi, I am Sakshi Bora! I am a graduate in Commerce, currently in the final year of post-graduation. I had started teaching right after passing out from school in 2017 to earn a few bucks but I started enjoying it. I joined an MNC after graduating and within a month I started missing being a teacher but I thought maybe it was too soon to decide so I kept working and after a good six months of working as an audit associate, I was still unable to find happiness in what I was doing. That is when I decided to get back to teaching. Soon after resigning, I found a platform where I could connect with the students, and luckily I got selected!

I prepare all my lessons as per my students' needs and have a discussion over what are they expecting from the session. I encourage my students to speak up and lead the session. I try to keep the session as interactive as possible.

I always focus on concept clearance. For that, I create such situations where a student can learn about the concepts of Subjects in a fun way. I prepare for my classes well in advance to be ready with my answers for all the ifs and buts raised by the child. I motivate my students to not escape from the subject but enjoy it.

I am Radha Kumari, I have more than 4 years of experience as teacher. I started my career from an IT-company as a trainee but didn't found the job satisfying so I switched my career to teaching because that's my hobby as well. Switching my job was actually a tough decision but now I am very happy with my decision.

So finally I began my teaching career from a coaching center, Vidalayam classes, where I worked for one year.  Then I went on to work with some prestigious schools like RUBY GLOBAL, KENDRIYA VIDALAYA and KERALA SCHOOL.

After the pandemic everyone and almost everything shifted to online mode so I joined MTM (More Than Marks) and since then it has been a great experience working on this platform, as I have learned new techniques of teaching which has upgraded me to be called as an EdTech-Tutor in true sense.

Teaching methodology : My teaching methodology is totally application based, first of all I explain the concept to the student and then solve questions based on it, then I explain concept again by relating it with real life things. I am a good listener and friendly too, so students feel comfortable and safe.

Leela began her career as a Research Intern at CSIR-NISCAIR, New Delhi for two years before she entered in education field. She has nearly five years of experience but her passion for teaching began when she attended the training conducted by More Than Marks team training sessions.

      In her class she follows the 4Q quadrant where the student is engaged in discussion, proactive interaction, practice sessions and finally understanding the subject. The student enjoys using all the tools in ed tech classroom as her sessions involve around student centric approach rather than completely depending on Educator.

      Biology and English are really hard to understand but she makes a point in her English classes that the student understands the concept well and based on the practice sessions and tests after every topic the student imbibes the subject very well. The Monthly Reports prepared by her gives insight of students progress thereby making the parents happy on seeing their wards performance in concerned subject and also the class.

         A patient Listener and an Understanding person who understands the students’ needs and prioritizes accordingly thereby the student becomes especially friendly and gets emotionally attached to her where the saying goes that “Learning is Fun “can aptly be said about Leela.

Hi I am Gunjan prajapati. I have completed my graduation from St. Joseph's College Bangalore in the subjects physics, chemistry and biology and i have completed my post graduation from Mysore University in the specialization of zoology subject. Later I had joined an ed tech company where I have worked for about 1 year as a subject matter expert of biology subject. Later I got selected in a software company but I wasn't enjoying my job since I was more interested in teaching field. So I wanted a plateform where I can build my career towards teaching field. Hi, I am Varsha. I am a chemical engineer having around 3.5 years of experience in petrochemical industry. I took a career break after marriage and then started teaching to occupy myself in a way so that my learning continues and with that I can say teaching is such a noble profession where one can share his/her knowledge by guiding students and at the same time can learn so much from them. I have around eight years of teaching experience .I have joined More than Marks as a Chemistry and Hindi teacher. Chemistry is my core subject and I teach hindi as I am very good at it and for the love for this language. 

More than Marks is the platform which not only provides quality teaching guidance to the students, their ideologies and teaching methods are very effective and easy to understand for students.

Being a More Than Marks teacher, enhances my skills and I am able to contribute in a effective ways.

Teaching methodology:- I start my topic with some real life examples or with a story or any question to understand how much student knows about that. Then I explain the concept using different methods and teaching tools and ask my student weather they understood or not and then I end my session with a small test and homework.
